Little Black House introduced bold, hospitality-driven design moments throughout the lobby and clubhouse, layering emerald velvets, dramatic lighting, oxblood tones, and jewel-inspired finishes to create a rich, immersive amenity experience. Architectural elements — including the arched elevator lobby ceiling — were amplified with graphic detailing and statement materials that reinforce the building’s legacy while modernizing its presence.
