Little Black House Interior Design Co. was founded in 2006. LBH has grown to serve multiple apartment buildings, model units, and whole house renovations.

LBH is a boutique, full-service interior architecture and design studio. We believe collaboration is the cornerstone of the design and development process. Design is created by blending ideas between you – our client – and our designers who bring expertise, versatility, and passion to each project.

L\B\H takes an innovative approach to every project. From simple, elegant, and classic designs to fresh, chic, and modern designs – we bring out your individual taste and style to create and express your ideal interior setting. LBH designers work with you in a highly personalized manner to find the perfect interior design solutions for your residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

The Principal

L. Magnavita

L. Magnavita is founder and principal of Little Black House. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and over 20 years in the design industry, Magnavita, has worked with clients across the nation, always exceeding expectations. Her resume includes work for the Philadelphia Eagles and Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Each space she designs is a reflection of her clients’ needs and desires. Magnavita is known for creating stylish, playful interiors with a splash of personality. She prides herself on deep listening and hands-on collaboration in this process. She believes design impacts lives.

The Manifesto

The Little Black House Studio is a place where the LBH design team gathers to imagine, create, and feel inspired. It is a place where positive energies flow and minds are focused. We share our thoughts, ideas, and skills with one another. We elevate each other so we can be the best at our craft. We are always growing and expanding our minds. We speak highly of others because at LBH, we only give love.

Our intentions are to always operate at our highest level. We always bring good energy into the studio. We are in the moment. We are conscious and connected with all of the projects that come into the studio. We put our hearts and souls into everything that we do in the studio. We have passion and love for design. Being creative and collaborating with each other stimulates us. Working on design projects brings joy to our everyday.

We are grateful for the opportunities that are presented to us and we take great pride in every project that we execute – no matter the scope.
