Linda Magnavita is the Founder and Creative Director of Little Black House, a nationally operating multi-family and hospitality interior design studio known for creating immersive, high-performance environments. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Arcadia University and 26 years of industry experience, Linda has established herself as a trusted design leader for developers and property management groups across the country.
Her expertise spans luxury residential communities, hospitality-inspired amenity spaces, boutique hotel interiors, and large-scale multifamily repositioning projects. Having partnered with nationally recognized firms such as Bozzuto and Greystar, Linda brings both creative vision and strategic clarity to every project — balancing elevated aesthetics with commercial durability and long-term asset value.

- Maintaining and staying on top of multiple projects for up to 9 Designers at a time with variable lead times and order tracking

- Basic knowledge of drawing floorplans and creating 3D renderings in a program called Floorplanner

- Gardening and Flower Arranging: I have a backyard oasis for fruits, veggies and cut flowers. This is most likely where I can be found March-October.
- Baking & Cooking: I have been baking and cooking since a very young age and love to develop new recipes and delight friends and family with edible gifts.
- Reading: I am rediscovering my love for reading so in the colder months and a break from gardening, I am enjoying books to fill my time.

- Fashion: I’ve been styling my family and offering fashion advice since childhood—and yes, I still enjoy playing dress-up (just with better shoes now).
- Road Trips: My favorite way to travel. Give me a good playlist, a few podcasts, and an open road, and I’m happy.

Sherry Eib is the founder of SAE Bookkeeping Solutions, bringing more than 25 years of bookkeeping and public accounting experience to small and mid-sized businesses. As a Certified Bookkeeper (AIPB), she specializes in helping business owners streamline their processes, clean up their financials, and gain clarity and confidence in their numbers.
An entrepreneur at heart, starting her own firm was a natural step. Sherry has always been driven by a desire to build something meaningful — not just for herself, but for the clients she serves. She partners closely with business owners to create organized systems, improve cash flow visibility, and support long-term growth.
When she’s not reconciling accounts or implementing efficient workflows, you’ll likely find her cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies, riding on the back of her husband’s Harley-Davidson, planning a themed party, spending time with dogs, or enjoying a peaceful day at the beach. She brings the same energy and enthusiasm to her clients’ businesses that she brings to her life.

Jessica lives in the mountains of New York with her husband, their dogs, and her horse. During the snow-free months, she embraces the outdoors, spending her time hiking scenic trails and kayaking nearby waterways — fully leaning into mountain life.
